Oriol Sansano-Nadal is a PhD student at Blanquerna, Ramon Llull University (Barcelona). He is a former undergraduate student in Physical Activity and Sport at the same institution. He took a year to study English in the United States in Towson University, Maryland. When he came back from the US, he finished his degree in Sport Science and one year later he studied a Master's Degree on Physical Activity and Health, following the research specialty at the National Physical Education Institute of Catalonia (INEFC).

Sarah Muñoz-Violant is originally from Barcelona, Spain and moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2017 to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor degree in Special Education at the University of British Columbia. Her research interests focus on both clinical and health psychology, particularly coping with trauma, neurobiological consequences of detrimental early experiences, and the somatization of poor mental health.
